3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed once the required payment has been received and a confirmation voucher has been issued by Travel Proficient. Until confirmation is provided, availability of services is not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all provided details such as names, passport information, and travel dates are accurate at the time of booking.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices displayed on our website or shared through quotations are subject to change without prior notice due to airline fare changes, hotel availability, currency fluctuations, or government policy updates.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the package type. Remaining balances must be paid within the specified deadline communicated by our team.
5. Travel Documents Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents. Travel Proficient may assist with visa processing, but final approval is granted solely by Saudi authorities.
Any delays or rejections due to incorrect or incomplete documentation are not the responsibility of Travel Proficient.
6. Visa Approval Disclaimer
Visa approval is subject to the discretion of Saudi government authorities. We do not guarantee visa issuance. In case of rejection, applicable service charges and processing fees may still apply as per our Refund Policy.
7. Flight and Airline Conditions
Airline schedules, routes, and timings are subject to change by the airline without prior notice. Travel Proficient is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines or external factors.
Most group tickets and discounted fares used in Umrah and Hajj packages are non-refundable or subject to airline penalties.

Distance from Haram, room type, and hotel category are subject to change depending on availability during peak seasons such as Ramadan and Hajj.

Customers must ensure they are medically fit for travel. Hajj and Umrah involve physical activities such as walking long distances and standing in crowded environments. It is recommended to consult a doctor before travel, especially for elderly pilgrims or those with medical conditions.
12. Force Majeure
Travel Proficient is not responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, airline strikes, or changes in Saudi Hajj policies.

We act as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers. Therefore, we are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or government authorities.
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the services booked through our company.

Customers may request changes to travel dates, hotel upgrades, or package modifications. Such changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. Approval of modifications is not guaranteed.
